We need another key player in our wonderful Customer Team! As a Booking Coordinator at Avisita, you will be the hub of our delivery, the first point of contact for our customers and suppliers, and the one who ensures that booking assignments are carried out smoothly and quickly. Your dedicated work makes a real difference for our customers every day.

Avisita creates tailored solutions for project accommodation for companies across the Nordics. We are a growth company with a high development pace and a unique platform that helps our customers gain control and smoother management of their accommodation. In 2025, we booked 120,000 nights and collaborated with 1,100 accommodation providers on behalf of our contract customers.

About the role

You have a central role in the customer team where you are responsible for the inflow of cases, coordinating bookings, and following up according to clear routines. The role suits you if you thrive in a high-paced environment and enjoy structure, speed, and customer contact.

Examples of tasks

  • First Line: incoming cases via phone and email
  • Second Line: perform bookings within project accommodation
  • Administer and follow up on bookings
  • Coordinate with suppliers and ensure delivery
  • Contribute with data/insights in internal meetings

Who are we looking for?

This is a junior role where we are looking for someone at the beginning of their career. We value potential and personality highly. You are:

  • solution- and opportunity-oriented
  • driven, proactive, and a quick learner
  • system-savvy and enjoy working in a structured manner
  • service-oriented and comfortable on the phone
  • fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Preferred: experience in customer service/support/telephone work.

Location and application

The position is 100% and based at Avisita's office in Kållered, Mölndal. Start date according to agreement.
